INSTRUCTIONS

For Mug

1) Use 1 packet for each cup of tea

2) Pour 8 ounces of 212 degree (F) water over the tea leaves

3) Steep for 5 minutes

4) Enjoy!

5) Re-steep with the same leaves up to 3 times

Can tea leaves be resteeped/reused?

Definitely! Authentic tea leaves are never used once & trashed. Instead, Chinese tea leaves are commonly resteeped many times. This is because with every steep, the dried tea leaves gradually open up & expand to steadily release its flavor. Did you know? While we suggest resteeping Lao Ye Oolong Tea at least 3 times, it can be re-steeped up to 8 times!

How is your tea grown & harvested?

The tea trees are grown organically in the rare microclimate of Mt. Yu Shan, 1500 meters above sea level, Its cooler temperatures & exposure to mist and clouds, enhances the flavor and aroma of our tea leaves.
