General use

Apply a liberal amount of detox gel to the area you'd like to detox, spreading an even layer throughout. Let it sit for approx. 20-30 sec, allowing the gel to warm up to your body temperature. Gently massage the area for 3-5 mins. Finally, use water and a hot towel to rinse remaining residue off the skin. Use 2-3 times/week!
